Landmark creates digital homeowner manuals for all of its residential projects. The platform includes product specifications and warranties, contact information for installers and suppliers, emergency procedures, neighbourhood services and amenities, customer service contacts, and other vital information.

New Home Warranty

Our home comes with a 2-5-10 Year New Home Warranty coverage.

You will receive a warranty Policy from the warranty provider WBI Home Warranty outlining the warranty coverage for defects on construction materials and labour. The Warranty coverage begins on the closing date of your suite.

Warranty Service Request

In-suite warranty service requests must be submitted in writing by the homeowner to Customer Care. We encourage you to do this by using Bazinga Online Portal.

The Landmark Homeowner Center is here to help. We are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. (except holidays), with appointments available until 4 p.m. We can be reached at 604-620-1677 extension 6 or email us one of our customer Care team members will attend to your needs. If this is an after-hours emergency, please contact your building’s Strat Property Manager for assistance.

Some examples of emergency requests include but are not limited to loss of water to any plumbing fixture, water leaks, total loss of electricity and water ingress from a ceiling or adjoining exterior wall.

During the Warranty period, we recommend that you do not undertake repair work without contacting us first to assess the problem and take corrective measures. Completing a repair without our assessment will void your warranty coverage.

The Developer is not responsible for the reimbursement of emergency repairs conducted or arranged by the Homeowner.
